Urquiza Theater
Development of an architectural project with the required program of a multi-use theater for the city of Rosario, complemented with recreation and gastronomy areas, and an educational zone
Located on the edge of Parque Urquiza, it is adapted in plan to the land provided and to construction regulations, both on the surface and in heights
The structure is projected in reinforced concrete, this being a favorable material for the great distances that the theater demands
It is possible to adapt it by planning the stands from the basement level to a first access floor, subdividing the public-private income
The skin of the main building is manifested in exposed concrete, with slices of openings for interior lighting and glazing at the front. For its part, the educational building is shown clad in wooden panels that are assimilated to the park in the immediate context. They allow both lighting and natural ventilation
